Helping Special Friends, Inc is committed to providing high quality, Individual-centered support to Individuals and assisting them to lead dignified and independent lives in the comfort and safety of their own homes; community or with “Life Sharing Provider.” Their individual needs are carefully assessed, understood, and met through the selective assignment of qualified, trustworthy, and compassionate personnel.

Mrs. Gooch is also the owner of Jay’s Investments, since Augusts 2001 in which she has owned and managed properties since her early thirties. Her management skills played a huge part in her recent project to furnish her Community Living Arrangements (CLA). It was a huge success! The community surrounded her with their help and love. They were more than willing to come forth and assist with such a great cause. She is currently the Founder and CEO of Helping Special Friends Incorporated Inc., since December 2013. This well-organized Non-profit organization is focused on adult community living, home, and community services for intellectual disability. This is the perfect platform for Mrs. Gooch to spread her cultural energized compassion to people in need. Mrs. Gooch’s strong and powerful presence makes her family, community, and working with the special need’s population of adults an exact fit for those under her guidance. If you were to meet Mrs. Gooch, you could expect to see an amazing woman who is in her element. She loves to dine out, watch movies, teach others, and self-teach. She enjoys a stimulating conversation as well as involvement with family-oriented communities. Mrs. Gooch brings a loving and robust aura when she’s around. Her property management skills, love for people has enabled her to use her properties to house those with intellectual disabilities. She commends herself to be an advocate for those who are unable to self-advocate. Mrs. Gooch has an uncanny ability to position herself in “the right” places without imposing on others. She exhibits diligence, AND she delivers!
